SEP offers top-tier, in-country (USA) support and account management resources. Our online support portal gives customers constant access to SEP engineers located at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. In addition to our in-house support tools, SEP prides itself in having numerous partnerships with resellers and consultants across North America and around the world that employ experts in SEP software and can further assist customers. SEP also offers both remote/online and in-person/hands-on training courses for our software for those interested in becoming experts themselves.

Installation Support

SEP performs 99% of our installations remotely. SEP software is 54 Mbps, easy to install and configure and is compatible with almost all hardware and operating system. SEP customers find their installations quick and easy, as well as a great opportunity to learn the product and, by the time the installation is complete, feel very comfortable using SEP moving forward.
