GroupWise Disaster Recovery & Archiving Tour

Join SEP Software and GWAVA for a free half-day of technical instruction on disaster recovery and secure archiving and storage for GroupWise.

GWAVA will discuss disaster recovery options, including using Reload for off-site storage, on-site push button recovery and backup/restore. The technical instructor will discuss implementing these options as well as using Reload to migrate from one platform to another. GWAVA experts will then explain how to use Retain to archive GroupWise and Vibe messages, pros and cons of stubbing, single-instance storage, cloud and on-site storage, and e-discovery and publishing options. 

SEP Software, Inc. will go through the basic installation, setup and configuration process in a Linux environment. The focus will then shift to backing up NetWare servers and how to use SEP sesam to migrate from NetWare to OES2. Included components are eDirectory, NSS Volumes and Trustee Rights. SEP will also focus on VMware and Citrix online snapshot backup, restore and disaster recovery solutions and how they can assist in migrations.
