We would like to get sesam to automatically eject a tape from the drive to the mailslot when a backup is complete. However, when we run the export command from sm_loader we get the following error:
STATUS=ERROR MSG=E002-LOADERS Action export out of loader of loader 1 failed: E006-LOADERS Attention: Port not found in loader 1! Please check your configuration.
After spending many hours reading through the documentation and forums, I have been unsuccesful in finding any configuration files for my loader so I can specify that it has a Port 0 for the mailslot. Anyone out there who can help?
