I've been told that the Active Directory backup module comes with the Exchange Server module and to use the "system_state" as the source.
However, Domain Controllers are rarly exchange servers. So do you still set the "Type" of backup to "Exchange Server" even when exchange is not installed on the Domain Controller that you want to backup active directory.
Can someone please post the steps to backing up Active directory on a Domain Controller.
